For performance validation, we utilize large-scale specialized equipment for hydraulic flattening, flaring, bending, burst testing, eddy current flaw detection, and airtightness testing. Furthermore, our facility employs advanced metrology tools such as industrial endoscopes, ultrasonic thickness gauges, roughness testers, and precision calipers/micrometers to ensure absolute accuracy for internal surfaces, wall thickness, and overall dimensional geometry.
